Common Questions

Who owns our ad accounts and data?

You do, always. We work inside your own ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads account), never ours. Your audiences, historical data, and campaign assets remain in your accounts permanently. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

How long before we see results?

For paid ads: the algorithm learning phase is typically 2–4 weeks. Most clients see meaningful improvement by week 6. For SEO: first meaningful organic traffic gains typically appear at 3–4 months. We set honest expectations upfront, not optimistic projections we can't meet.

What ad spend do we need to start?

For Meta Ads: we recommend a minimum of £3k/month in ad spend to gather enough data for meaningful optimisation. For Google Search: £2k/month minimum. We'll tell you honestly if your budget isn't sufficient for the goal you're targeting.

Do you produce creative (images, videos) for the ads?

It depends on the package. The Scale and Enterprise packages include creative production. For the Growth package, you provide creative assets and we advise on what to produce. We always provide a detailed creative brief based on what the data shows works.

How do you measure success? What are the KPIs?

We agree on your primary business KPIs at the start: usually ROAS for e-commerce, CPL for lead gen, and revenue for DTC brands. All reporting is anchored to these metrics, not engagement vanity metrics.

We've had a bad experience with an agency before. Why is this different?

The biggest differences: (1) you own your accounts, (2) we report on revenue KPIs not vanity metrics, (3) we commit to specific outcomes in writing, (4) we have a minimum 3-month term (not 12-month lock-in) because we're confident in the results.
